These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services, including our various websites, SMS, APIs, email notifications, applications, buttons, widgets, ads, commerce services that link to these Terms (collectively, the “Services”), and any information, text, links, graphics, photos, audio, videos, or other materials or arrangements of materials uploaded, downloaded or appearing on the Services (collectively referred to as “Content”). By using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Services of CoverMe
CoverMe is a custom printing service provider in Thailand. CoverMe provides its printing services under the newest technology by customers’ orders.
The Content You Provide
You are responsible for your use of the Services and for any Content you provide, including compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
QC Control
We have a QC control process before your order shipped, Include:

However, if you have any question about the product received please contact us within 7 days after you receive the package. CoverMe has the rights to refuse provide after-sale service if you missing the 7 days widnow.
Cash on delivery service
We now have cash on delivery service under those terms:
- For order not more than 500 baht.
- For customers who has a success purchase recoard with us.
- If your order failed to deliver we will try to reach you 3 times a week.
- If you want a re-delivery, you need to pay an extra shipping fee.
- If we can not reach you or you reject to make payment, we have the right to use your information(including personal information and photos) for any purpose.
Since our products are highly custom products which means we can not resell them again, we hope you contact us if you have any problem with the payment.
If you reject to make payment for the COD order
- Our sale department will try to reach you as many as three times in a week.
- If you want a re-delivery:
- You will need to make payment before we re-delivery it.
- Re-delivery will cost you a shipping fee based on the shipping rate.
- If we can not reach you three times in a week:
- We have the right to use your photos and products online and offline for any purpose.
- We have the right to share your information with other business or organization or COD blacklist services.
- We have the right to use 3rd-party debt collection service to collect the payment.
Repair & Refund
CoverMe is mostly selling custom printing products which means your order needs time to produce. Each time you purchase CoverMe will inform you about the production time, once the order confirmed(will be notified via Messenger, Line, or SMS.) its move into the production queue and you will not able to cancel the order or request a refund.
If you feels your order has any problem please contact us within the after-sale service period (7 days since you get the product in our shop or signed the carrier package.)

Lowest Price Guaranteed
Your right is protected.
Since all products, our sales we production ourselves so we can offer you the cheapest price in the country.
Purchase with CoverMe you will always get Lowest Price Guaranteed – Since the day you purchase, within 14 days, if you find any other shop in the country selling the same product or service at a lower price than us we will refund you the overcharge part.
No discoloration guaranteed
All the printing technology CoverMe uses is the newest and the best. Japan imported ink let us can guarantee you for the color performance of the products.
Within the guaranteed period, if the product has discoloration you can just simple ship it back to us and we will print you a new.
Just to be clear, We are not guaranteed for any damage like falling or other artificial damage.
