CoverMe reseller Policies

If you are interested in our reseller program, please read and make sure you understand our reseller policies.

We didn’t put many steps on the reseller registration cause we want to help the people who really want to sell to start easier. However, we want you to think seriously before you make the registration, cause we have a number limit on our reseller program if you don’t feel like spending your time on-sell please save the chance for others.

How to register?

To make registration please follow the following directions:

• Fill out the information on the website https://app.coverme.top/store/reseller , you may need to register a normal user account on our website first.
• Verified email
• Verified mobile
• Wait for review

We will review your information and contact you.

To active the reseller membership, a 1000 baht registration fee will be charged. The registration is refundable, if you have a sell amount of more than 3000 a month and continue for 3 months, we will refund you 100% of the registration fee.

• The registration fee is yearly and will let you have the membership for a year since the day of your registration.

please noticed that for now, the reseller program is only open for customers who already have a successful purchase with us.

You may have the question of why we are required for a registration fee, we are happy to explain this to you.

For several reasons:

• to avoid people just for purchase for themselves.
• To start a business is a serious thing, in our experiences no one care things come in free.
• to let every reseller follow our rules on sell(it will be mentioned later)

Reseller Selling Rules

Your sell pricing

All of the products of CoverMe have a minimum sale pricing which is 60% of the sale price of CoverMe’s website. (call as the website below)

Any reseller who wants to make a promotion(price cheaper than the price on the website) needs to notify CoverMe via the reseller system.

reseller can not sell a price less than the recommended price of the shop. Remove the membership and fines the deposit.

For the under situations the shop will not provide after sell service:

• order the wrong phone model for your customers
• order the wrong photo for your customers
• your customer has a special edit request but you are not motions on your order comments.
• you are not asking about your customer’s needs in design and your customer is not satisfied with the printing.

Rates

For pricing change, will inform you 3 days ahead. The pricing will show on the website.

services differences

Please notice that the reseller’s service is different from the customers. We list it below

shipping fee

• Reseller always has a shipping fee.
• the shipping fee is following the carrier’s rate no overcharge.

production queue

• reseller has a different production queue with the customer
• reseller’s production queue is faster than the customer which Is normally 72 hours.

Online admin services

• we do not provide a photo editing service for reseller
• we can provide a tutorial for you to learn photo edit.
• reseller can only make purchases with our online system
• reseller can not join our online promotions
