Mostly, the printing services provider is not accepting COD(Cash on delivery) as payment since the printing product can not resell again if the COD payment is rejected. As a consider to help our customers to purchase easier we have opened COD service for years, however, it’s like a backdoor on our system.
In the past months, we are receiving a lot of COD purchases and rejection of payment, the situation significantly higher our running costs. Our goal is to provide industry-standard quality products at a reasonable price, so we don’t want to upper our price to cover our cost. So we have to change our COD policy again.
- The COD service will only be open to the customers who have a successful purchase.
- The COD service will have an extra 50 baht service fee charge per order.
- The COD service is not available for orders amount more than 400 baht.
The policy changes start on 25/05/2022.
